OUR POLICY PHILOSOPHY

At Creative Story Hub, we strive to balance the protection of both parties with the flexibility required to maintain healthy business relationships. We work to exceed expectations but acknowledge that results may occasionally not fully align with initial expectations.

STANDARD POLICY

• No refunds after download: Once a product has been downloaded, refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

Guaranteed Exceptions:

• Corrupted files: Immediate full refund.
• Inaccurate description: If the product does not match its description.
• Technical incompatibility: Does not function on specified systems.
• Purchase error: Wrong product purchased (must be reported within 2 hours of purchase).

Time limit: 7 calendar days | Resolution timeframe: 3–5 business days

EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Refunds will not apply in cases of:

• Change of mind without technical justification
• Lack of use due to client-related reasons
• Services completed as specified
• Breach of terms of use

Force Majeure:

• Natural disasters
• Widespread failures of third-party services
• Government regulations
• Official health emergencies

Alternative resolution: Deadline extensions, future credits, or flexible rescheduling.

REQUEST AND RESOLUTION PROCESS

All refund requests must be submitted exclusively via email, accompanied by a clear and verifiable justification for the cause. Creative Story Hub will evaluate each case individually and, depending on the circumstances, will proceed with a partial refund, full refund, or alternatives such as credit in favor of the client or rescheduling of services.

• Mediation: Prior to legal proceedings

APPLICABLE LAW

This policy is governed by the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable Mexican legislation. For disputes, jurisdiction will rest with the competent courts of Mexico City.
