Licenses Granted to Clients
- Custom Projects: Full commercial use license of content developed specifically for the client, including rights to modify and distribute.
- Digital Products: Use license according to the product’s specific terms:
- Commercial use (when specified)
- Personal or internal business use
- Modification rights (for selected products)
- Redistribution restrictions
Prohibited Uses
- Resale or distribution of products without express authorization
- Reverse engineering of proprietary tools or software
- Copying or plagiarism of methodologies and content
- Use of the AKMEDIA brand without written license
- Removal or modification of authorship credits in digital products
USAGE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Prohibited Activities:
- Illegal activities under Mexican law
- Fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive schemes
- Violation of third-party intellectual property rights
- Attacks or intentional damage to our systems
- Misuse of information to harm AKMEDIA
Service Suspension:
We may suspend services due to breach of terms, security issues, non-payment, or misuse of resources. Prior notice will be provided whenever possible.

- Functionality of third-party platforms
- Force majeure circumstances
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Right to Modify
AKMEDIA reserves the right to amend these Terms to:
- Adapt to changes in Mexican law
- Improve user and company protection
- Add new services or modalities
- Update security and privacy policies
Acceptance of Changes
- Continued use: Constitutes automatic acceptance
- Right of withdrawal: Users may cancel services without penalty
- Active services: Previous Terms remain in force until expiration
- New contracts: Subject to updated Terms
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Applicable Legal Framework
These Terms are governed exclusively by:
- Political Constitution of the United Mexican States
- Federal Civil Code and Commercial Code
- Federal Consumer Protection Law

- Applicable Mexican tax and commercial legislation
Jurisdiction and Competence
For disputes arising from these Terms, jurisdiction is submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Severability
If any provision is declared invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that preserves the original intent.
Official Language
In case of translations, the Spanish version shall prevail over any other version or interpretation.
